Sylvester Smith

Sylvester Smith is a technology operations and engineering leader with a focus on empowering high-performance teams and driving process excellence. Currently, Sylvester owns Lynch Street Liquidation Sales and oversees the Deal Street Overstock Outlet at Mid Rivers Mall. Previously, they held various positions at Mastercard, including Systems Support Engineer and Director of Content Strategy & Development, where they managed global teams and improved service delivery. Sylvester is also involved in social impact initiatives, serving as an ambassador for City Possible and participating in various community engagement efforts. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Jackson State University.
