Tara McCormick

Tara McCormick is currently the Director of International Labor Relations at Boeing, where they lead strategic labor relations for all non-U.S. facilities. Previously, they served as the Director of Labor & Employee Relations at United Technologies and held key HR positions at Otis Elevator and UTC Fire & Security. Tara has extensive experience in labor relations, talent management, and employee engagement across various global organizations. They are pursuing a Juris Doctorate at The University of Connecticut School of Law, along with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
