Taylor Kempfer

Taylor Kempfer is the Chief of Staff for Military Programs at Boeing, providing executive-level management support with expertise in financial management and risk analysis. Taylor previously coordinated marketing and customer relations at the Dance Center of San Antonio, and served as a Volunteer Coordinator for the Saint Louis Crisis Nursery, where they successfully restarted the volunteer program post-COVID-19. Earlier experience includes roles at Edward Jones, Nidec Motor Corporation, and as a Development Intern at the American Youth Foundation. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lindenwood University.
