Terri Drayer

Terri Drayer is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in the aviation and aerospace industry. They have held various leadership roles at The Boeing Company since 2006, including Director of Human Resources for the 787 Airplane Program and Director of Human Resources for Boeing Commercial Airplanes Global Supplier Management. Prior to their tenure at Boeing, they served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for The American Heart Association and held HR leadership positions at Target and Phillips Medical Systems. Terri earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the University of Central Missouri and continues to engage with the community as an Associate at the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce.
