Terry Rice

Terry Rice currently serves as the Chief Security Officer and VP of Cybersecurity at Boeing since August 2025. Prior to this role, Terry held various positions at Merck from November 2009 to August 2025, including VP of IT Risk Management and CISO, AVP of IT Risk Management and CISO, and Executive Director of Information Risk Management and Compliance. Additionally, Terry has been a Board Member of the National Health ISAC since October 2013, served as Chair of the Cyber Working Group for the Healthcare and Public Health Sector Coordinating Council from August 2017 to December 2021, and was a Board Member of the SAFE-BioPharma Association from June 2008 to December 2017. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Telecommunications and Computers from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
