Thomas Schaefer, MSSE, ASEP, is a Model-Based Systems Engineering Architect at Boeing, where they previously held various roles in systems engineering and software product ownership from 2021 to 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Engineer at Imperial Ornamental Metal Co. Inc. from 2015 to 2017, managing significant metal fabrication projects. Thomas earned multiple degrees from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, including a Master of Science in Systems Engineering and a Graduate Certificate in Model-Based Systems Engineering.
