Thomas Viars is an experienced engine cycle designer and engine performance analyst, currently serving as the Propulsion Program Integration Manager at Boeing since 2024. They previously held positions as Director of New Products & Technologies at Florida Turbine Technologies Inc. from 2020 to 2023, and Manager of Engine Performance and Integration at Northrop Grumman from 2016 to 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked at GE Aviation in various engineering roles between 2006 and 2009.
