Tiesa McElroy

Tiesa McElroy is a seasoned procurement financial analyst with extensive experience at Boeing since July 2013, where Tiesa currently leads managing up to $1.5 billion in supplier pricing and contracts. Previously, Tiesa served as an estimating and pricing specialist, contributing to the development of fully burdened labor rates for the 787 program and implementing automation that achieved significant labor savings. Tiesa's earlier roles include an estimating intern position at The Boeing Company, an accounting intern at Starbucks Coffee Company, a finance intern at Microsoft Corporation, and several internships at Alaska Airlines and Seattle-Northwest Securities Corporation. Educational qualifications include a Women in Leadership Certificate from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Knox College.
