Tim Franklin

Tim Franklin is an Aerothermodynamics Engineer at Boeing with a robust background in aerospace engineering. They have experience overseeing all phases of vehicle design, particularly in Hypersonics and Space Flight, and have performed aerothermal analysis that led to leadership roles in various programs. Tim's extensive knowledge encompasses aerothermodynamics, aerodynamics, and thermodynamics, utilizing advanced analytical tools such as Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software. They previously held positions as Chief Engineer and Thermodynamics Engineer at Boeing, and as Lead CFD Analyst at DAXCON Engineering. Tim earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master’s degree from Auburn University.
