Tim Oltman

Tim Oltman is a Quality Engineering Specialist and Six Sigma Black Belt at Boeing, where they have worked since 2003. Prior to this, they served as a Product Manager at Raytheon Aircraft from 1994 to 2003 and as a Senior Industrial Engineer at General Dynamics from 1986 to 1994. Tim holds an M.B.A. in Operations Management from National University, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Constraints Management from Washington State University and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Nebraska.
