Tim Thornton is currently the Director of Certification for the E-7 Wedgetail at Boeing Defense, Space & Security. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Boeing, including Aviation Certification Manager and Senior Manager for Commercial Airplanes Safety and Certification Integration, where they managed complex certification projects and led engineering teams. Tim began their career at Boeing as a Loads, Dynamics, & Flutter Engineer, applying their expertise in aeroelastic analysis. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2005.
