Tim VanWye

Tim VanWye is a Senior Program Manager at Boeing, currently overseeing projects related to the 737 MAX. They previously held various roles at Spirit AeroSystems, including Production Manager and Operations IPT Leader, where they managed daily production processes and developed cost-saving measures for aircraft assembly. Tim began their career as a mechanic, later progressing to leadership roles and contributing to critical efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic in ventilator production. They hold a degree in Microbiology from Kansas State University, where they also worked on stem cell research.
