Timothy Chiu

Timothy Chiu, MBA, has extensive experience in project and program management within the aerospace industry, having worked for Boeing in various capacities from 2006 to the present. Chiu served as Lead Project Manager and Project Engineer at Boeing from May 2015 to January 2022, focusing on quality initiatives such as APQP, Six Sigma, and supplier quality, as well as value engineering for cost reduction and production improvement for 737 and 777 galleys. Following this role, Chiu worked as Program Manager at Tyvak, a Terran Orbital Company, overseeing the Runner-1 and Rivada Constellation projects from January 2022 to December 2023. Currently, Chiu holds the position of Technical Program Manager at Boeing, involved in BGS Commercial Modifications & Conversions since December 2023. Chiu's earlier experience includes roles as Design Engineer and Mechanical Engineer at Boeing and B/E Aerospace, respectively, with a solid educational foundation consisting of a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and an MBA from Seattle University.
