Timothy Follis

Timothy Follis is an experienced Occupational Health & Safety Manager at Boeing Aero Systems, where they also serve as a certified arson investigator with the Kansas State Fire Marshal's Office. With over 36 years in fire service and 28 years in law enforcement, they have developed emergency response plans and conducted extensive training in firefighting and law enforcement tactics. Follis has held various safety roles, including Occupational Health & Safety Specialist at Spirit AeroSystems and Crew Chief at PK Safety Services. They continue to manage safety initiatives and training programs while also owning Amber Waves Diving, where they provide PADI Master Scuba Diver training.
