Ting Gu

Ting (Tim) Gu is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and industrial sectors. Currently serving as a Supplier Quality Specialist at Boeing since November 2025, Ting has previously held roles such as Industrialization Quality Leader at Syntronic, where responsibilities included advancing supplier quality engineering for new projects, and Sr. Supply Chain Quality Assurance Engineer at both Collins Aerospace and Rockwell Collins. Earlier positions include Supplier Quality Engineer and Supplier Development Leader at Rolls-Royce, focusing on supplier compliance and improvement projects within the supply chain in China. Ting’s career began at Proterial America, Ltd. as a Product Engineer, following a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jiangsu University.
