Todd Harder

Todd Harder is an Associate Technical Fellow in Drive Systems Engineering at Boeing, where they lead the redesign of the CH-47 Engine Transmission and manage the H-47 Additive Manufacturing Development Project. With a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, they earned a Certificate in Engineering Design and gained extensive experience in mechanical engineering through roles at Boeing. Prior to their current position, Todd oversaw technical design decisions and communication for various aerospace projects, including the development of additively manufactured components for the H-47 Chinook. They also hold advanced certificates from Cornell University and MIT, enhancing their expertise in project leadership and systems engineering.
