Tommy Findley

Tommy Findley is an experienced mechanical designer and engineer with a diverse background in product design and development across various industries, including commercial compressors, seismic equipment, HVAC systems, and defense. Starting as a Senior Mechanical Designer at Quincy Compressor from 1989 to 1999, Tommy progressed through roles at notable companies such as Johnson Controls, General Dynamics, and BorgWarner Automotive. Tommy served as a lead Mechanical Engineer at ION Geophysical and currently works as a Senior Equipment and Tool Designer 5 at Boeing, focusing on NASA's Space Launch System. An adjunct instructor at Faulkner State Community College, Tommy holds an Associate's degree in Engineering Design from Southwest State in Mobile, Alabama.
