Tonya Nos is a Maintenance Engineer with a diverse background in engineering and academia. They earned a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' in 2012. From 2012 to 2015, Tonya pursued a PhD at ИСМ НАН, followed by a role as a Maintenance Engineer at PROGRESSTECH-UKRAINE from 2015 to 2018. Currently, they are participating in Boeing's Leadership Next Class of 2024 and working as a Lead Engineer and Engineering Team Lead.
