Tracy Shank

Tracy Shank is an experienced security professional with a career spanning several decades, primarily in facility security roles. Currently serving as Facility Security Officer at Boeing since December 2019, Tracy previously held positions such as Security & Fire Protection Multi Op Spec at Boeing and Facility Security Officer at SRC, Inc., where responsibilities included directing security operations at the San Antonio location. Tracy’s extensive background also includes serving as Facility Security Officer/Safety Representative at Cimarron Software Services, overseeing security and safety for over 500 subcontracted employees, and as Security Administrator for Lockheed Martin Space Operations, where all aspects of security operations were managed. Early career experience includes a Security Technician role at Burns International Security Services and military service as a Crew Chief in the United States Air Force, supervising firefighting crews.
