Val Dugie

Val Dugie is currently the Director of Air Force Missions & Programs at Boeing, specializing in Space, Intelligence, and Weapons. With over 10 years of management and leadership experience in the United States Air Force and the Offices of the Secretary of Defense, Val has directed critical activities influencing Air Operations, C4, and ISR policies. Val's aviation expertise spans 16 years, featuring over 5800 flight hours across nine Air Force aircraft, focusing on reconnaissance and surveillance operations. Val holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona and is pursuing a Master's in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
