Vito Neal has a diverse background in military and civilian engineering roles. Vito served as a 13M in the US Army from January 1996 to January 1999. Following military service, Vito worked at Textron Systems as a fitter and welder from January 2000 until August 2014. Vito then transitioned to Boeing, where Vito held the positions of welding engineer and welder from August 2014 to March 2017, further honing expertise in welding and engineering techniques.
