Vivek Kapila

Vivek Kapila, PhD, is an Associate Technical Fellow at Boeing with extensive experience in materials R&D, composite fuselage fabrication, and advanced assembly automation. Previously, Vivek held positions at organizations such as SEMATECH, Los Alamos Laboratory, and Eustathia, LLC, where they focused on surface and interfacial engineering and innovative technologies. Vivek's academic background includes a PhD in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Arizona, as well as an MBA from the University of South Carolina. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership in cross-functional teams and have made significant contributions to advanced manufacturing processes and technology development.
