Wayne Saldana

Wayne Saldana is an aviation professional with over thirty-one years of experience, including eighteen years in management and leadership roles. Wayne has led diverse teams at Boeing, overseeing critical operations like 787 Preflight and Delivery and C-17 Flight Operations. Earlier in their career, Wayne served in the United States Air Force, where they gained expertise in aircraft maintenance and readiness. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Education and multiple leadership certificates from the University of Notre Dame. Currently, Wayne is employed as a 777 FA-MBU at Boeing in Everett.
