Wesley Robertson

Wesley Robertson is currently the Head of Hardware Engineering at Boeing AvionX, where they lead a team of Electrical, Hardware, and FPGA engineers in Plano, Texas. Having previously held roles as a Senior Manager at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems and Director of Engineering and Quality at L3Harris Technologies, Wesley has extensive experience in managing engineering teams and implementing innovative processes. They began their professional journey in the United States Air Force as a Flight Test Engineer, followed by an Engineering Specialist position at Bell Helicopter. Wesley holds a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from the US Air Force Academy.
