Will Hirsbrunner

Will Hirsbrunner has valuable experience in educational and human resources roles. Beginning as a Tutor at Urbana High School, Will supported approximately 75 lower-level students in math subjects, tracking their progress in diverse areas. Subsequent roles included an internship at Better Weekdays and a crew position at McDonald's Corporation. Will gained significant HR experience at Boeing, serving in various capacities including Employee Relations Intern, HR Generalist in different specializations, and currently as Senior Compensation Specialist since January 2022. Will holds a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Psychology, both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
