Will has also served as General Manager of the Sikorsky Military Completion Center and Director of Global Supply Chain at UTC Fire & Security. Additionally, expertise in strategic sourcing was gained during the role of Director at United Technologies, complemented by experience as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Will Shaffer holds a B.S. in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
