Will Shaffer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense industries. As President of Boeing Japan, Will has led regional operations and strategic initiatives. Previous roles include Director of Supply Chain for Product Development and Director of Supplier Management, Raw Material and Standards at Boeing. Will has also served as General Manager of the Sikorsky Military Completion Center and Director of Global Supply Chain at UTC Fire & Security. Additionally, expertise in strategic sourcing was gained during the role of Director at United Technologies, complemented by experience as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Will Shaffer holds a B.S. in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
