William (Bill) Ellis is an experienced leader and strategic thinker currently serving as the Chief of Staff for Government Operations, Defense, Space, and Security at Boeing. With a proven track record in the armament, aircraft, electronic warfare, and battle management sectors, Bill has contributed significantly to the United States Air Force, the Department of Defense, and various industries. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the US Air Force Academy and a Master of Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University-Worldwide, along with a Master of Strategic Studies from Air University. Bill is certified Level III in the Department of Defense’s Acquisition Professional Development Program in Program Management and Test & Evaluation, and possesses a current Top Secret Clearance.
