William Hsin

William Hsin is an experienced industrial engineer currently working at Boeing since February 2022, focusing on fabrication and the V-22 CCRAM program. Responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, investigating machine capacity risks, and conducting time studies for process improvements. Prior to Boeing, William spent nearly nine years at Kumon North America, Inc. as an academic tutor, enhancing critical thinking skills in students. Other notable experiences include serving as a teaching assistant for engineering courses at the University of Pittsburgh, founding Momentum Marketing Agency, and completing an industrial engineering co-op at Curtiss-Wright Corporation where productivity improvements were achieved. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
