William Jaconetti

William Jaconetti is a Technical Fellow in Test & Evaluation Engineering at The Boeing Company, where they currently develop flight test standards and processes. Previously, at the FAA from 2010 to 2019, they oversaw flight-testing of new aircraft and contributed to the development of a nationwide certification process. Jaconetti's extensive flight test experience at Boeing includes roles as Chief Engineer and Flight Test Engineer for multiple aircraft models. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Master's Degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and completed FAA Initial Flight Test Engineering at the National Test Pilot School.
