Xavier Lavelle

Xavier Lavelle is currently a Multi-Discipline Engineer at The Boeing Company, serving as a Lead Service Engineer III where they lead a team to design and coordinate repairs for Boeing Commercial Aircraft. Previously, Xavier was a Mechanical Engineer at NDT Systems, Inc., where they developed detailed reports to improve production processes and designed novel products based on customer requirements. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University-Long Beach, Xavier is now pursuing a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Southern California, maintaining a 4.0 GPA. They possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, contributing effectively both as a team member and leader throughout their career.
