Xavier Nieves is a Senior Aerospace Systems Engineer with over a decade of experience in delivering safe and high-performing flight systems for leading aerospace companies, including Boeing, Blue Origin, and Eviation. Specializing in flight controls, avionics integration, and certification programs, Xavier has effectively led cross-functional teams to improve engineering efficiencies and streamline compliance with safety standards.
