Yang Song

Yang Song is a Senior Manager of Talent Analytics at Boeing, bringing extensive experience as a data scientist and leader with expertise in AI/ML, statistics, and financial engineering. Previously, Yang held key positions at Aon, where they led global teams in workforce analytics solutions and advanced AI innovations. Throughout their career, Yang developed end-to-end analytics solutions, conducted advanced modeling, and built high-performing data science teams. Yang earned a Master’s Degree in Quantitative Finance from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Nanjing University.
