Zach Loehr

Zach Loehr is currently a Program Manager with The Boeing Company in St. Louis, Missouri, and is part of the Boeing Leadership NeXt (LX) class of 2025. They earned an MBA from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an Executive Certificate in Leadership and Management from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to their role at Boeing, Zach held various positions including Loan Officer/Manager at Guardian Savings Bank and Access Camp Counselor at the YMCA of the USA, where they honed their leadership and communication skills. Additionally, Zach has experience in sales and training from their time at Fastenal Company and Cracker Barrel.
