Troy Ezell is an experienced professional with a robust background in law and policy management, currently serving as the Deputy Chief of the Office of Strategic Resources at the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management since July 2014. Ezell has held various positions within the Bureau, including Acting Chief of the Leasing & Policy Management Division and Senior Leasing Program Specialist, and has served as the BOEM Liaison to the Assistant Secretary of Land and Minerals.
