Troy Ezell

Troy Ezell is an experienced professional with a robust background in law and policy management, currently serving as the Deputy Chief of the Office of Strategic Resources at the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management since July 2014. Ezell has held various positions within the Bureau, including Acting Chief of the Leasing & Policy Management Division and Senior Leasing Program Specialist, and has served as the BOEM Liaison to the Assistant Secretary of Land and Minerals. Prior experience includes a role as a Presidential Management Council Fellow at the Executive Office of the President and an Attorney-Adviser (Detailee) at the U.S. Department of the Interior. Ezell's career also encompasses positions in land management, legal advising, and diversity coordination, complemented by an educational foundation that includes a Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
