Charles Taylor

Charles Taylor is currently working as a Senior Instructional System Designer at Bogart Associates of Northern Virginia. Prior to this, Charles worked as a Consultant at TechPride. Charles has a strong background in the U.S. Coast Guard, where Charles held positions such as Course Chief, Recruit Company Commander, and All-Source Intelligence Analyst. Charles has a Master of Science in Organizational Change Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a Bachelor of Arts in Intelligence Studies/Analysis from the American Military University.
