Leslie L. Small

Leslie Small serves as BHI’s Chief Operations Officer, responsible for the firm’s daily operations and overall project performance. Leslie Small formerly served as Senior Vice President of the Advanced Technology group. Throughout her career, Ms. Small has led BHI's efforts in researching and developing new areas of technology applications for BHI and the clientele. Through her many years of working with the engineering, surveying, mapping, and technical staff at BHI, she has developed a unique ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions to enable the firm to work effectively and efficiently.
