Ondrej Hejduk has extensive experience in the IT industry, specializing in IT operations and support. Ondrej started their career at Hewlett-Packard in 2008 as an NPI Engineer, where they managed product introduction processes and coordinated manufacturing operations. Ondrej then joined Ariba in 2009 as an IT Support Specialist for EMEA, providing support to internal customers and coordinating company events. In 2010, Ondrej returned to Hewlett-Packard as a Business Operations Manager, leading the high-margin notebook portfolio and exceeding market share targets. Ondrej later joined MSD in 2015 as an IT Solutions Tech Lead, where they defined and implemented new hardware standards and coordinated global processes. Ondrej also served as the IT Operations Manager for the Czech Republic, ensuring sustainable service models and building positive relationships with stakeholders. Most recently, they worked at Twisto, A Zip Company, as an IT Manager, leading IT operations and collaborating with stakeholders to implement IT initiatives and product features. Ondrej’s most recent role is as the Global Head of IT Support at Bohemia Interactive Simulations, where they oversee IT support on a global scale.

Ondrej Hejduk completed their high school education at the High School of Electrotechnical Engineering in 2007, specializing in Engineering. Ondrej has also obtained various certifications in areas such as Azure Administration, IT Service Management, Identity and Access Management, Customer experience, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Casper Technician, and ITIL Foundation.
