Petr Polivka

Petr Polivka has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Petr is currently working at Bohemia Interactive Simulations as the Global Head of Human Resources Operations, where they lead HR operations on a global scale. Petr previously served as the Global HR Lead at the same company, managing HR operations in multiple countries. Before that, they worked as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at Bohemia Interactive Simulations. Prior to joining Bohemia Interactive Simulations, Petr worked at KEA Management Group as an Owner/Consultant. Petr also served as the HR and Operations Manager - Sport and Recreation at Queenstown Lakes District Council, where they also acted as the Acting GM Operations. Petr has experience as a Senior HR Consultant at Advanced Search Technology, an HR/Recruitment Consultant at R4u, and an IT Recruitment Consultant at CVO Group. Petr started their career as a Sales Executive while still in high school. Petr Polivka obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Otago Polytechnic | Te Pūkenga from 2016 to 2020. In 2018, they also completed a certification in Personnel Development and Education, with a focus on Human Resources Management, from EQF Institute.
