John Scheidt

John Scheidt, JD, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Bohemian Club since October 2021, overseeing legal compliance, union relations, talent acquisition, and various HR functions for both the City Club and Bohemian Grove. As co-founder of Mastro Scheidt Family Cellars since June 2007, John plays a key role in producing distinctive Sonoma County wines. Previously, John held the position of VP of Human Resources at Making Waves Foundation from January 2017 to June 2021, strategically aligning HR practices with organizational goals. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board and Human Resources Manager at Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP and YMCA of San Francisco. John received a JD from Golden Gate University, School of Law, and a BA in Philosophy-Pre-Law from California State University, Fresno.
