McAdams Company as a Group Manager, responsible for managing a team of engineers and overseeing land development projects. In 2007, they transitioned to Timmons Group as a Principal and Director of Engineering, overseeing operations in the Carolinas. Currently, Moriarty is a Principal at Bohler, where they are responsible for the firm's operations in the Carolinas. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in business development, project management, and team leadership.

Andrew Moriarty attended the United States Naval Academy from 1987 to 1989, studying Ocean Engineering. Andrew then transferred to Lehigh University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from 1989 to 1992.
