After graduating from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in civil engineering, Rob launched his successful land development career by joining Bohler’s Pennsylvania operations. His leadership style is rooted in operational efficiency and building successful work habits. With a competitive spirit and genuine drive to help those around him succeed, Rob is passionate about developing Bohler’s next generation of leadership and delivering results for the firm’s clients.
