Amy Neuhardt

Amy Neuhardt is a Litigation Partner and Co-General Counsel at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, with a tenure beginning in August 2006. Neuhardt specializes in complex commercial litigation, civil appeals, and media law, demonstrating expertise in all stages of litigation, from initial investigations through trial and appeals. Prior experience includes roles as a litigation associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where the focus was also on complex commercial litigation and media law. Neuhardt started the legal career as a litigation associate at Correro, Fishman, Haygood, Phelps, Weiss, Walmsley & Casteix, specializing in media law, and served as a law clerk to Hon. John Minor Wisdom at the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Neuhardt holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and an AB cum laude in History & Literature from Harvard University.
