Benjamin Margulis

Benjamin Margulis is a Partner at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, where tenure began in December 2013 and included a prior role as an Associate. Margulis served as a Law Clerk to Hon. Joseph A. Greenaway, Jr. at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit from September 2012 to September 2013 and previously worked as an Associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel from September 2010 to August 2012. Responsibilities included conducting legal research and drafting relevant documents for large-scale fraud litigation and common law claims. As the inaugural Head de novo Editor for Cardozo Law Review, Margulis oversaw the launch and management of the Internet-based companion publication. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, cum laude, from New York University.
