Eric Maurer

Eric Maurer is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in patent law and litigation. Currently serving as a Partner at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP since March 2016, Maurer has held a similar role at the firm from February 2007 to February 2012. Notably, Maurer was a Member at Maurer PLLC from March 2012 to March 2016 and spent nearly a decade as a Partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP after beginning his career as an Associate there. Maurer also contributed to legal education as a Professorial Lecturer in Law at The George Washington University Law School from January 2009 to May 2019, where responsibilities included teaching a course on Patent Enforcement. Earlier experience includes serving as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Roger B. Andewelt at the US Court of Federal Claims.
