Timothy L. Foden

Timothy L. Foden serves as the Co-Chair of the International Arbitration Practice Group at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, focusing on international arbitration in the mining and oil and gas sectors since April 2022. Additionally, Timothy holds the position of Adjunct Associate Professor at American University Washington College of Law, a role maintained since June 2021. Timothy previously served as Co-Chair of Young ICCA from June 2012 to April 2014. Timothy earned a Juris Doctor in Law from American University Washington College of Law (2002-2005), a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University (1998-2002), and completed a study abroad program in Political Economy at the University of Sydney in 2000.
