Charles Shen

Charles Shen has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Charles is currently working as the Senior Director of Business Development at Boingo Wireless since June 2021. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder and General Manager at Reachglory Consulting Group from August 2015 to May 2021. Charles also served as the Senior Director of Business Development at Qualcomm from January 2012 to May 2015. Before that, they held multiple senior positions at Nokia, including Director of Marketing in Taiwan, Head of Smartphone/GTM, and Head of Smartphone Software Product Management, all in different time periods between 1999 and 2012.

Charles Shen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University at Buffalo in 1998. In 1999, they furthered their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
