Lionel Paya

Lionel Paya is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors, currently serving as Responsable regional at Boiron France since March 2021, overseeing a team of eight pharmaceutical delegates and a merchandising advisor while managing sales for the Sud Est region. Prior to this role, Lionel held the position of Directeur régional at Alliance Healthcare, where responsibilities included training and supervising 11 sales representatives across half of France. Lionel also served as Directeur régional at EvoluPharm for over a decade, leading a team of nine sales representatives and two merchandising advisors. Early in the career, Lionel gained extensive experience at Laboratoires NEGMA, progressing from Visiteur médical to Directeur de Zone over ten years. Educational qualifications include a Mini MBA in Intensive Management from Universal Business School and a degree in Sociologie from Faculté sciences humaines.
