Amy Humphreys

Amy serves on their audit committee. Amy has 25 years of experience in manufacturing, commodities, global marketing, and distribution. She has held executive leadership roles as chief executive officer, chief financial officer, and president from 2006 to 2021. Amy has served on multiple boards in various roles, including a past directorship with Red Lion Hotels Corporation (2018 – 2020), a publicly-traded company listed on the NYSE. She has sat on the board of directors of Philly Shipyard ASA, a public company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, from 2010 to 2022.
