Jesse McCarty

Jesse McCarty has recent work experience as the Director of HR Technology at Boise Cascade Company since 2021. Prior to that, they served as the People Services Leader at DaVita from 2019 to 2021. Jesse also has an extensive background at Target, where they held various roles including Senior Human Resources Leader from 2017 to 2019, Store Director from 2015 to 2017 and from 2013 to 2015, and Logistics Executive Team Leader from 2010 to 2013.

Jesse McCarty holds a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching, which was obtained from Central Washington University from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, Jesse completed a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in History Teacher Education at the same university between 1999 and 2003.
