Melinda Garrick

Melinda Garrick has extensive experience in the paper and packaging industry, currently serving as the Process Improvement Manager at Boise Paper, a division of Packaging Corporation of America, since October 2009, focusing on mill-wide cost and process enhancement projects. Prior to this role, Melinda held positions as Senior Engineer at Georgia-Pacific LLC and as Production Leader in the Tissue Mill at Boise Inc. Melinda began their career as a Production Engineer at Boise Inc. from April 1998 to October 2005. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Pulp and Paper Science and Technology from North Carolina State University, along with further studies at Auburn University from 2008 to 2009.
